If you look up at the roof very few lights are turned on. is this to hide any nasty residue from diesel fumes. The lifts and lift wells to the platforms needs to be cleaned. The windows and flooring along Collins Street where Woolworths also need to be cleaned, It’s a disgrace. Now due to Covid 19 some of the shops have closed down.
