Merry Christmas. I’m afraid the Merry Christmas on Hamer Hall is looking very old and faded. Maybe it is better at night time.
I’ve been told that it was originally located above the Elizabeth Street entrance to Flinders Street Station but was relocated due to the upgrade works – those4 decorations were first installed in 2011, so they’re getting pretty old:

But Christmas trams are few and far between – I don’t think one has run for a few years now.
As for Christmas trains – I don’;t think any have run since the ‘Santa’ fronted Harris train Myer charted way back in the 1950s!
I wish that we had more Christmas-themed transport but at least we have some, I guess!
That Hamer Hall slogan really needs to redone for next year!
